Customized Hartland Polo Pony by Darian Buckles in 1992. The pony has a rough coat texture, similar to an orange peel. I don't know if Darian used oils or acrylics. Horse is mounted on a triangular piece of wood with some green "grass" (putty-like material) underneath. I used to have a huge collection of Hartland Polo Ponies and this gal was a nice addition to it. The pony measures 8" high by 10" long and add on a bit more for the base. She also sports a dark red/chestnut dorsal stripe, as well as a slightly opened mouth and is in mint condition. $125.00
